Kids Cooking Apron Competition

The Spotty Boxes Kids Cooking Competition is now closed. Thank you for sending us your lovely pictures!

Draw a picture and, if you are one of our lucky prize winners, we shall print it onto an apron for you to wear.

There is also the chance for you to win up to £100 for your school or nursery to spend at www.SpottyGiftBoxes.co.uk. Or, if you prefer, you can nominate your Rainbow, Brownie, Guide, Beavers, Cub or Scout group or your cooking club to receive the prize.

We shall also be giving out some of the fabulous mixing bowls and spoons with cheeky faces which were recently featured on Dragons' Den.

How To Enter

Draw a picture which you would like printed on your apron on a piece of A4 paper. Your picture can be of anything which you think would look good!

You can include writing in your design but make sure that it is bold, clear and large enough to read.

You can put your paper either way up but if your design uses the paper this way up (see right) we might be able to print it a little larger.

Print out an entry form by clicking on the link and send it with your picture to the address on the form.

As a thank you, we shall send your parents or guardians by email a 10% off voucher to use on www.SpottyGiftBoxes.co.uk and our newsletter with details of more competitions and fun ideas. So don’t forget to ask your Mum or Dad to fill in their email address.

If you do not have an email address please call us and we can give you a voucher code over the phone.  Orders can also be placed by phone.

Teachers and Leaders

We are delighted to receive group entries from your school, Guiding or Scout group or cookery club. Why not post details on your website? Prizes

There are three age categories. The prizes are the same for each category.

4 years and under

5 – 7 years

8 – 11 years

Ages all calculated as at 18 December 2009.

First Prize

A white apron printed with your own design, mixing bowl and spoon PLUS £100 for your choice of organisation (school, nursery or Rainbow, Brownie, Guide, Beaver, Cub or Scout group or cookery club or school).

Second Prize

A white apron printed with your own design, mixing bowl and spoon PLUS £25 for your choice of organisation (school, nursery or Rainbow, Brownie, Guide, Beaver, Cub or Scout group or cookery club or school).

Five Runners Up Prizes

A blue or pink apron with a smiley face and hat or (for the older children) a butchers cooking apron with a front pocket.

Rules

• Open to UK residents only
• Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into
• No artwork shall be returned
• The prizes are as stated. No prizes can be substituted by other prizes or by money
• Ages of children calculated as at 18 December 2009
• Each entry must be from one child – no group designs
• Each individual entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form
